Meet Independence of the Seas, the third in the spectacular Freedom class of ships. Seasonally ported in Southampton, England for part of the year and Fort Lauderdale, Florida the rest of the year, this ship offers all of the amazing onboard experiences you'd expect from Royal Caribbean's Freedom Class of ships. Enjoy 15 decks of activity, entertainment and accommodation options. The top deck offers an Aqua Park including Flowrider, the amazing H20 Zone with two swimming pools and two hot tubs. There is an adult-only solarium with a pool and a cascading waterfall. Two cantilevered whirlpools, which extend 12ft out from the side of the ship and 12ft above the ocean. There is an at-sea rock-climbing wall, an indoor skating rink, a miniature golf course and an outdoor jogging track. There are a huge variety of dining options with something to suit everyone, including Chops Grille for a steak, Italian at Portofino, Asian fusion at Jade and a 50's style burger at Johnny Rockets.
