Emerald Harmony exceeds expectations as she introduces you to the majesty of the Mekong. Unlike other similar sized ships, she is specifically designed to sail into the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, allowing us to dock in the heart of this fantastic city.
Reaching 239ft (73m) in length, 42 cabins accommodate 84 guests and 40 crew members, enabling us to provide spacious suites and public areas, as well as an excellent staff-to-guest ratio. Every minute you spend on board will be one of complete relaxation. Unwind in the serene surroundings of the Lotus Lounge, rejuvenate by the pool on the Pool Deck, or enjoy a locally flavoured cocktail in the Asian-themed Horizon Bar & Lounge.

Owner's One-bedroom Suite
Reaching a colossal 452ft² (42m²), there are just two of these spectacular suites on-board Emerald Harmony, boasting a separate bedroom and lounge area. In addition you’ll enjoy a private 323ft² (30m²) terrace with Jacuzzi. You’ll also be entitled to four laundered items per day, pre-dinner canapés in your suite and an invite to dine at the Captain’s Table.

With open seating and elegant design, Reflections Restaurant sets the benchmark in on board dining across our luxury yacht and fleet of boutique Star-Ships. Here, savour delightful chef-prepared meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with dishes inspired by local flavours and a few favourites you may recognise from home.
The Terrace
A beautifully decked area at the front of our Yacht and Star-Ships, The Terrace provides a lovely retreat from which to enjoy a light snack or refreshing drink. Depending on the ship, this partly indoor and outdoor space is a spectacular vantage point from which to soak up the scenery, whatever the weather. This peaceful setting is also a great spot to enjoy a glass of local wine or beer with your loved ones or new-found companions as the wonders of Europe and Asia pass you by – what could be better.

Enjoy a regional beer, glass of wine, cocktail or mocktail in the Asian-inspired surrounds of the Horizon Bar & Lounge. Dark wooden interior and indigenous plants create an authentic environment. And, of course, delicious teas and coffees are always available.
Our bar tenders are experts when it comes to mixing up delicious cocktails, and we’ve sourced the best local and international wines and beers, all complimentary with lunch and dinner. Also available are a delicious selection of mocktails, created using local flavours, like lemongrass and tamarind.
Lotus Lounge
On our Emerald Harmony Star-Ship, we have introduced the Lotus Lounge, where dark wooden tones and muted colours relax you as you sail towards your next destination. Located at the front of the Vista Deck, nibbles and snacks will be available here throughout the day, as well as teas and coffees. Watch the endless horizons unfold as you sip your favourite drink and nibble something delicious.
Sun & Pool Deck
These truly remarkable spaces have been designed with your total relaxation in mind. Take a refreshing dip in the pool on warm days, before enjoying a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the bar. Disabled Facilities
Wheelchair & Mobility Access
We welcome passengers with medical conditions or disabilities and can provide mobility provision when notified in writing prior to boarding.
However, please be aware that there may be limitations on board and during excursions.
In addition, standard suites and bathrooms have significant thresholds and cabin doors which limit access, meaning they may not be wide enough to allow access to many wheelchairs. Please speak to a member of our team about your requirements prior to booking.
Lifts
Lifts are present on each of the Emerald Cruises Star-Ships and service three of the four decks. Only the top deck, which is the Sun Deck, is not serviced, meaning access to the Sun Deck is restricted to the stairs.
On our luxury yachts, our lifts service all seven decks, including the Sky Deck.
Age Restriction
Passengers under the age of 18 years (as of the Journey Departure Date) must be accompanied by an adult and share their accommodation with an adult.
Children under the age of 12 years are not encouraged (with the exception of Christmas Journeys and Cruises) and are accepted or rejected at Our sole discretion.
Wifi & Internet Access
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on board all Emerald Cruises Star-Ships and luxury yachts throughout the public spaces, cabins, and suites.
Please note, Wi-Fi connection strength and speed may change as the vessel moves.
Special Dietary Requirements
We endeavour to cater for all dietary requirements. We ask that you inform us of any requirements at the time of booking.
Vegan Options
While we do not offer separate menus, every dish is clearly marked, with suitable options to suit requirements at every meal.
You can make dietary requests at the time of your booking, which are then reviewed. Personalised menus are also available.
Certified vegan wines are also available on board each of our cruises; one white and one red. If you like, you can request something special at the time of booking so that it can be sourced before your cruise.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or any indoor section of any vessel in the Emerald Cruises fleet.
There are areas on the external decks where smoking is permitted.
Laundry Facilities
Guests on board our Star-Ships staying in the Owner's One-bedroom Suite and Riverview Suite can have up to four items laundered per day.
Emerald Grand Balcony Suite guests can have two items per day laundered.
Owner’s One-bedroom Suite guests can have up to four items laundered per day.
Guests in all other suites and cabins can request laundry services for an additional fee.
Packing Tips
We recommend casual and comfortable clothing. For sightseeing and walking tours, you’ll need comfortable shoes. For the winter months, you may need warmer clothing.
Dinner is informal, but on certain evenings such as the Welcome and Farewell Dinners, you prefer to dress up.
Baggage Allowance
Each guest is entitled to one piece of checked (hold) baggage, and the total sum of its length, width, and height must not exceed 160cm (62 inches) and the weight must not exceed 20kg (44lbs).
Additional baggage may be permitted but this will be at the cost of the guest.
